Because of state cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns of cannabis products once they have left our possession.
Defective products
If a product is defective (for example, a vape cartridge that does not work), contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@amazingstrainz.com with your order number. We will replace the item or issue store credit after review.
Order errors
If you received the wrong item, please tell your driver or contact us the same day and we will make it right.
Accessories, apparel & merch
Unused accessories, apparel and merch in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase.
